SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager/ Director (or designee) implements, supervises and evaluates the nursing care of each patient undergoing an emergency until the patient is stabilized or transitioned to the appropriate level of care. Utilizes the nursing process in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures, and with consideration of the aging process throughout Brown University Health, including all developmental stages, as well as cultural patterns.
