As a Retail Supervisor, you keep oversight, support the team and take responsibility with confidence. You’re the person who brings calm, structure and direction in a place where thousands of travelers pass by every day. What you’ll do as Retail Supervisor You guide a team of all‑round retail colleagues and make sure daily operations run smoothly. You create schedules, organize workflows, communicate clearly and coach team members so they can perform at their best.
