Our engineers work in an AI-first workflow: using agentic coding tools to design, write, review, test, and ship production software, orchestrating AI to multiply their output while keeping human judgment firmly in the loop. We are looking for engineers who already work this way, or are hungry to. In this role you will be expected to: Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as a daily, core part of how you deliver — not an occasional aid.
