Job Purpose: BTIG seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Sales Trading Assistant to join our Miami office. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution, allocation, and settlement of trades. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to providing best-in-class, high-touch client service. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist Sales Traders with order entry, trade allocations, and accurate trade booking across various Order Management Systems (OMS) and Execution Management Systems (EMS).
