Job Purpose: BTIG is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Private Capital Advisory team in our New York office. This role is suited for a highly analytical, execution-oriented professional with strong accounting fundamentals, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and transaction experience across private growth capital and M&A advisory. The Associate will play a central role in day-to-day deal execution, development of board-level materials, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for clients.
