Job Purpose: BTIG is seeking a Vice President or Director to join its Private Capital Advisory practice within Investment Banking. This role is focused on originating, structuring, and executing middle market debt financings for middle market companies and their financial sponsors. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial professional with a demonstrated track record in private credit, leveraged finance, or direct lending and can demonstrate a strong network among middle market lenders, private equity sponsors, family offices, and/or alternative lenders.
