Job Description: 2nd Line Risk Manager (BCC Cairo) Egypt Full Time - Hybrid We make health happen: The core purpose of this role is to manage and lead the Risk Analyst capability within the Risk Assurance, capability for the Risk & Compliance Function, based in Cairo. The Risk Analyst Manager will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, quality oversight and delivery management for a team of four Risk Analysts, ensuring that desktop assurance activity, evidence reviews, risk analysis and management information are completed to a consistent, high-quality standard. The role holder will report to the Head of Risk Assurance and will support the delivery of the second-line assurance plan across UKI, Bupa Global and Functions, covering all material risk domains with the exception of IT risk.…
