What is this job about Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading business analysis and solution design across multiple project workstreams. Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define integrated solutions for Operations and related functions. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, promoting best practices and professional standards. Drive feasibility studies, develop business cases, and secure stakeholder buy-in to enable successful implementation and value delivery. Define, review, and govern business requirements, ensuring clear documentation and effective communication with Technology teams.
