Inbound Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview As an Inbound Logistics Coordinator the employee engages with Burlington’s merchandise suppliers & carriers through the state-of-the-art Transportation Management System to route, plan, optimize cost, enforce compliance, and deliver best-in-class service levels for all shipments of merchandise inbound to Burlington’s distribution centers. This individual is also a liaison to our merchant organization; providing P.O. visibility and high levels of customer service to internal stakeholders. A Day in the Life Execute shipment routing process through Burlington’s Transportation Mgmt. System while enforcing vendor process requirements and adhering to internal service level agreements. This would be back-up to Inbound planners that are on PTO or if there is high volume.…
