About this role

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Trial Attorney to join our growing litigation team. We are looking for a highly capable litigator who is confident in the courtroom and equally strong in legal writing. The ideal candidate will be a Texas-licensed attorney with substantial business litigation and trial experience, exceptional legal writing skills, and the ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an attorney who excels in both the courtroom and on the page . The ideal candidate can confidently take a case to trial, develop a sophisticated litigation strategy, and translate that strategy into clear, compelling, and persuasive written advocacy.
