Handyman / Porter

The Handyman/Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning property. This role combines custodial services with general maintenance duties to ensure the building, common areas, grounds, and residential units are properly maintained while providing excellent service to residents and supporting the property management team. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, and amenity spaces.
