About the Role Bushburg is seeking a hands-on Interior Designer and Decorator to work closely with ownership on design and decorating projects. This person will develop design recommendations, translate ownership’s vision and approved decisions into clear instructions for architects and contractors, and follow each detail through construction, furnishing, and final installation. The ideal candidate combines strong design judgment with practical execution. They should be comfortable presenting options for ownership’s approval, taking direction, visiting active construction sites, and independently managing smaller projects within approved scope and budgets.…
