About this role
We are looking for an experienced L2 Platform Operations Engineer to support operational activities on a MuleSoft platform environment during the Europe shift. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, service continuity, and SLA compliance across a multi-cloud ecosystem including AWS, Azure, and OpenShift , while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in an international environment. Key Responsibilities Govern and oversee L2 operational activities to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed service levels. Perform platform analysis and operational troubleshooting. Analyze logs and identify root causes of operational issues. Escalate complex incidents to senior engineering teams when required.…
