DEINE AUFGABEN: Du schneidest Longform-Content für YouTube – von Vorträgen über Interviews bis zu Event-Aufnahmen. Du verwandelst Longform-Material in starke Shorts und Reels, die auf Instagram und YouTube performen. Du kennst die Anforderungen beider Welten: Spannungsbogen und Retention im Longform, Hook und Pacing im Shortform. Du arbeitest datengetrieben: Du analysierst, welche Videos funktionieren, und leitest daraus Verbesserungen für den Schnitt ab.
