About this role

DEINE AUFGABEN: Du verantwortest die professionelle Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Videoformaten für YouTube und Instagram (Longform, Shorts, Reels). Du entwickelst aus Rohmaterial Videos mit klarem Storytelling – vom ersten Schnitt bis zum fertigen Upload. Du erstellst Thumbnails für YouTube und optimierst Titel-Bild-Kombinationen auf Klickrate. Du bringst eigene Ideen und Konzepte in die Content Creation ein und denkst aktiv mit, wie wir unsere Formate besser machen. Du unterstützt bei Bedarf bei Aufnahmen im Studio, im Office und auf unseren Events. DAS TRIFFT AUF DICH ZU... Du hast ein Auge für Bildsprache, Sound-Design und Details, die ein gutes Video von einem sehr guten unterscheiden.
