About this role
DEINE AUFGABEN: Du hast die Gesamtverantwortung für das Marketing und die Leadgenerierung. Du bist für die Führung und Steuerung der Marketingteams (Ca. 10 Personen) aus Performance, Copy, Content und Social Media verantwortlich. Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung unserer Meta- und Google-Kampagnen. Du entwickelst klare Zielgruppen, Botschaften, Hooks und Leadmagnete. Du führst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und Consulting. Du unterstützt das HR-Team bei der Rekrutierung von weiteren Marketing-Spezialisten. DAS TRIFFT AUF DICH ZU... Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance- oder Direktmarketing im Dienstleistungsbereich mit.
