The Human Capital Business Partner will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our offshore workforce, ensuring effective people management throughout the employee lifecycle. The role will act as a key HR point of contact for offshore employees, OIMs, Superintendents, Line and Asset Managers, supporting all HR-related activities associated with the offshore team, including crew planning, training, vacations, medical examinations, employee documentation, compensation processes, recruitment, performance management, and other HR activities.…
