About this role

Cargo, Ballast & Marine Systems Operations Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot marine systems related to the storage and export of stabilized crude oil, including ballast systems and Inert Gas (IG) systems; Be responsible for Inert Gas (IG) system venting operations, including gas freeing and purging of the IG system, ensuring vent outlets and mast risers are operated in accordance with ISGOTT and manufacturer procedures; Continuously monitor wind speed and direction during IG venting operations, assessing the extent of the hazardous gas dispersion zone and suspending or adjusting venting activities when wind conditions could direct hydrocarbon vapors toward occupied areas, the helideck, or ignition sources; Prepare load and discharge plans for cargo and ballast, cargo calculations, cargo/s…
