About this role

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides generalized pharmacotherapy services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patient populations. The position prepares or supervises the preparation of routine pharmaceutical items, and compounded sterile and non-sterile preparations. This position communicates and collaborates with physicians, Clinical Pharmacy Specialists and patients, to provide clinical consultation, monitor drug therapy, and offer cost-effective alternatives, as appropriate. Days and evening shifts between 7am -10pm. Every 3rd weekend and 2 holidays per year (1 summer and 1 winter).…
