Unser Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS) bildet die Grundlage dafür, wie wir unsere Kundenversprechen führen, steuern und umsetzen. Gleichzeitig treiben wir kontinuierlich Verbesserungen voran – sowohl in kleinen Schritten als auch durch umfassendere Veränderungen – mithilfe bewährter Lean-Six-Sigma-Methoden.
