Job Summary: * Night Shift (Monday-Thursday from 7PM-7AM) The Creeler is responsible for setting up and maintaining creels to ensure a steady supply of fiber to the tufting machine. This role involves unloading fiber pa llets , monitoring fiber supply during production, and ensuring smooth operations in support of the tufting process. The Creeler plays an essential part in maintaining efficiency and quality in the production of turf . Key Responsibilities: Load bobbins of fiber onto creels, ensuring proper alignment to supply tufting machines. Monitor fiber supply during production, replacing empty bobbins promptly to minimize downtime. Inspect fiber for quality, identifying and removing defective material before it enters the production process.…
