Tarkett is seeking an experienced and strategic Yarn Production Supervisor (shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm) to join our growing team in our Dalton Manufacturing Plant. In this key position, he or she will effectively lead associates to ensure satisfaction of customer expectations, safety, and production requirements while executing the Tarkett strategy and embracing Tarkett’s vision, mission, and objectives. The Supervisor will proactively lead, support, train, coach and direct his or her assigned work team to execute operational plans. This role will drive continuous improvement through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) while sustaining effective associate relationships.
