⠀ Join CAE’s Global Training Standards team as Local Training Standards Lead based in Burgess Hill, UK. The role offers full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week). KEY FOCUS AREAS INCLUDE: Mentoring and performance oversight for Instructors, Examiners, Tutors, Mentors and Coaches. Coordinating and analyzing audits and performance reviews to maintain instructional consistency, regulatory compliance, and training quality. Championing global standards by translating enterprise-wide initiatives into local actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence.
