Your Role & Main Responsibilities The Flightscape Delivery Team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for Flight Plan Manager and related products from the portfolio. Main responsibilities: Act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (BSME) across the end-to-end solution implementation lifecycle. Develop a strong understanding of the application’s user interface with a focus on functional business solutions. Apply knowledge of technical processes to support implementation, installation, and customer integration of the Flight Planning Suite. Participate in onsite and remote customer meetings as a BSME. Collaborate with project managers, account managers, implementation teams, and development resources to meet customer expectations.…
