About this role

Responsible for the alignment of clinical services with the Model of Leadership and Service through program design and development. Provides consultation and education in childcare teams and supervision to counseling staff and interns. Oversees the counseling and neurofeedback department and their interventions to ensure alignment with the Cal Farley Model of Leadership and Service, our vision, mission, and approach, as well as all licensing regulations and COA standards. Provides training to Boys Ranch staff related to clinical issues. May provide individual and group counseling, responsible for keeping up with current research and program development as it relates to clinical and neurofeedback services to ensure current best practices.…
