The Woodshop Instructor leads woodworking instruction at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch. This role provides hands-on, project-based learning, including a Woodworking & Furniture Construction class with Boys Ranch Independent School District (BRISD), while helping residents develop workplace ethics, practical trade skills, furniture construction expertise, and personal project management abilities. The instructor also oversees shop operations, equipment and inventory management, and ensures a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment for youth. The instructor teaches students of BRISD during the school year as well as after school and throughout the summer with vocational programming. - Gas supplement offered for travel to Boys Ranch Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalency.…
