This position will be a split between health education and harm reduction. This position will develop relationships with community partners to advance the health of the community. Duties will include Maternal/Child Health initiatives, tobacco prevention, cessation, and policy development. This position will work in the syringe services program throughout the district. Additionally, this position will actively participate in health coalitions. This position will be based at the district office but routinely serve all 8 counties.…
