Job Description: Provide swimming instruction to the community in a safe and controlled environment. Essential Job Functions Develops and prepares lesson plans tailored to the skill levels and needs of participants. Sets up and organizes equipment necessary for the facilitation of lessons. Delivers effective swimming instruction to students of various ages and skill levels. Monitors and maintains the safety of all participants throughout lessons. Conducts evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents regarding progress.
