About this role

Job Description: Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day Hansen Work Order Management database. Responds to citizens of Calvert County who call-in and request road maintenance or to follow-up with road maintenance jobs. Essential Job Functions Enters work orders called in by local citizens, other departments, and internal Highway Maintenance staff into the Hansen Work Order Database. Communicates with citizens taking work requests and keeping them up-to-date on the latest attempts to complete necessary maintenance; directs public to proper personnel in the county or state agency. Prepares status reports on incomplete work, work detail programs, mowing, and vehicle service. Coordinates Community Service and work detail programs.…
