About this role
Position is for 2nd shift. Production is currently operating 7 days a week, 6pm to 4:30am. The Supervisor may be required to work 7 days a week at times. Base Salary: $65,000 plus Extra Effort pay (OT) after 45 hours worked. The Quality Supervisor plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products. Supervisory responsibilities for a group of employees involved in inspection and quality control procedures with regard to purchased material, in-process material and finished products to assure that quality control standards are achieved.
