本ポジションでは、人事・人材開発（HR / L&D）のリーダーとパートナーシップを築き、日本企業の人材が世界で活躍できるようなスケーラブルな英語研修ソリューションを提案していただきます。

主な業務内容
このポジションは、ハンター、コンサルタント、戦略担当の役割を兼ね備えた営業職です。
日本市場における営業活動の全プロセスを担当します。
■ ターゲットアカウント戦略
- 担当市場・担当領域のターゲット企業を選定
- Camblyにとって重要度の高い企業に優先的にアプローチする営業戦略を策定
■ パイプライン構築
- 営業パイプライン全体の管理
- インバウンドリードへの対応
- 新規企業へのアウトバウンド営業を通じて新しい商談を創出
- 売上目標の達成または超過達成を目指す
■ コンサルティングセールス
- 顧客の課題を深く理解するためのヒアリング
- バリューセリングによる提案
- 主要な意思決定者との信頼関係構築
- 新規契約やアップセルを通じた売上拡大
■ ネットワーキング
- 対面商談やイベント、カンファレンスなどを通じた関係構築…
