Job Description SUMMARY: The primary responsibility will be to assist the head coach in all facets of the program, including but not limited to the recruitment of quality student-athletes, organization and planning of practices, game preparation, administrative duties, and scouting. QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree is required. Previous participation and/or coaching experience are preferred. DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The assistant will assist the head coach in scheduling of all practices and competition. The Director of Athletics will approve the final schedule. The coach(s) is responsible for having signed contracts on file in the athletic department for every match/game. Class attendance by student-athletes should be a priority as schedules are made.…
