About this role
New Haven Harbor Station is a 4-unit, 598-MW power generation facility featuring one oil and natural gas-fired steam generator and three GE LM6000 combustion turbines. We’re seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensure plant performance and compliance, and oversee start-up, shutdown, and maintenance activities. This is a shift-work leadership role with responsibility for plant personnel and performance, including serving as Incident Commander during emergencies and acting as site authority when management is absent.
