The Dealer Training and Development team ensures that new Dealers develop the competencies they need to lead Canadian Tire and Party City businesses. Reporting to the Manager of Dealer Training & Development, the Program Consultant, Dealer Training and Development, prepares new Dealers for their career as a Canadian Tire Associate Dealer.
