What You'll Do: The Staff Quality Engineer – Performance Engineering & QE Tools Administration is a senior technical leader responsible for defining, executing, and governing enterprise‑grade performance engineering strategy while also owning administration, and maintenance of core QE tooling across portfolios. This role operates at both Practice and Portfolio / SME levels—driving non‑functional quality standards, enabling delivery teams, influencing architecture and design decisions, and ensuring QE platforms (qTest, BlazeMeter, Sauce Labs) are stable, scalable, cost‑effective, and well‑governed.
