About this role
What you'll do Design, develop, and deliver wellness-focused content across internal communication channels that align with organization well-being objectives. Identify relevant wellness topics and produce engaging materials such as presentations, and digital resources. Collaborate with internal partners to create wellness initiatives, campaigns, and events. Maintain time and absence policies, ensuring alignment with HR standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. Gain a thorough understanding of all employee benefits, retirement and savings and wellness programs. Serve as a resource for questions related to leave, absence and related HR policies. Act as tier 2 support for questions related to all employee programs.…
