What You’ll Do: Financial Governance & Executive Reporting (Primary Focus) Consolidate Opex and project spend across all BP portfolios; compare actuals to monthly and quarterly snapshots. Validate AVP/DPM variance explanations against GL, Planview, forecasts, and budget trackers; build executive presentations by portfolio. Produce executive-ready reporting that highlights business impact (“so what”) for SVP/VP review. CoE Budgeting & Forecasting Track spend versus allotment by portfolio; forecast off all active SOWs and accruals. Ensure invoices are paid on time and fully accrued; reconcile to actuals to improve forecast accuracy. Support accruals, forecasting, and variance explanations; assist FP&A with quarterly Opex forecasting.…
