About this role
What you’ll do "Dealer Mobility" is one of the key concepts in our organization as it provides each Owner/Operator (“Associate Dealer”) of our Canadian Tire Retail Stores, the opportunity to progress into different stores across the country according to their ability and desires. This is accomplished via the Dealer Changeover process. This process provides for the orderly and equitable sale of a Canadian Tire Store's inventory and assets, along with the transfer of the business operations, from the outgoing Associate Dealer to the incoming Associate Dealer.
