What you'll do: The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to safely achieve operational, productivity, quality, and customer service objectives within a fast-paced distribution environment. As the primary communication link between frontline employees and management, the Supervisor ensures effective execution of daily operating plans, provides coaching and performance feedback, and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, service, quality, and productivity.
