About this role

What you’ll do Reporting to the Space Planning Manager, the Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and technical support to a team of Space Planning Specialists throughout the planogram (POG) build process. Working closely with Merchandising and cross functional teams, the Team Lead is accountable for the timely delivery of POGs that support category strategies and deliver customer focused programs that are effective and executable in store. The ideal candidate is proactive and collaborative, with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and technical support to Space Planning Specialists, managing POG production and proactively addressing issues to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.…
