About this role

About the role We are recruiting a techno-functional Card Fraud Operations Specialist to support a card fraud transformation programme with a leading financial institution. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused engagement centred on optimising fraud detection systems, tuning rules and thresholds, and strengthening card fraud operations end to end. The role sits predominantly on the technical side of the fraud function (approximately 75% technical, 25% business), and suits a specialist who is comfortable working directly in production fraud platforms while translating operational and regulatory needs into system configuration. Strong, current, hands-on FICO Falcon experience is the core requirement for this role.…
