About this role
En Capitole Consulting estamos buscando un técnico de soporte IT con 2-3 años de experiencia, para unirse a nuestro equipo y proporcionar soporte a usuarios y clientes, garantizando la buena operativa de las personas y los sistemas. Responsabilidades: Resolución de peticiones, principalmente, mediante herramienta de ticketing. Soporte a usuarios y clientes, asistencia presencial y remota sobre problemas de índole hardware y/o software. Labores de administración, configuración de equipos, cuentas, permisos, sistemas, aplicaciones, etc Mantenimiento preventivo, mediante revisiones periódicas de equipos y sistemas. Documentación, registro de procedimientos, soluciones, manuales, inventario… Requisitos: FPGS con 2-3 años de experiencia en puestos de soporte técnico.…
