About Care.com's Enterprise business sells care benefits to employers through LifeCare (WorkLife). We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the LifeCare engineering team, and supporting-PeopleSoft team. You will own delivery, reliability, security and compliance for these systems. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will coach engineers, partner with product and operations, work with auditors, and lead incident response. Lead, coach and grow engineers across both teams, including offshore and vendor partners. Manage performance and career growth, and build a safe, accountable team culture. Partner with product, QA, data and DevOps on scoping, estimation and trade-offs. Give stakeholders clear, regular status updates.…
