Overview The Senior Director, Global Quality provides enterprise-wide leadership for Celanese's global Quality strategy, governance, and performance. This role is responsible for Quality monitoring, improvements, Quality Management Systems, Supplier and Contract Manufacturing Quality, Logistics Quality, Manufacturing Quality support, and customer Quality experience and customer complaint management. Working closely with business, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leaders, the Senior Director develops and deploys quality strategies, capabilities, and technologies that mitigate risk, enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational performance, and support sustainable business growth.…
