This position functions as a leader within the Medical Assistant team, offering mentorship, advanced clinical support, and coordination of patient care services. The MA III plays a key role in ensuring efficient clinic operations while maintaining a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach. This position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the MA education and competency program. This grant funded position will coordinate the interactions between CCH and NIMAA and facilitate the “Building a Pipeline for Diverse Medical Assistants” program.…
