JOB TITLE Hyundai America Techincal Center Inc, (HATCI) is looking for an HR professional who specializes in Employee Leave, Compliance & Immigration. The HR Operations specialist is responsible for administering employee leave, workplace accommodations, workers’ compensation, and employment-based immigration processes. This position independently manages employee cases, coordinates with internal and external partners, maintains accurate and confidential documentation, and provides employees and leaders with clear guidance throughout each process.
