JOB TITLE General Assembly Repair Manager WHAT YOU WILL DO • Oversee activities directly related to the assigned operational department. • Plan and direct all department activities aligned with company goals and objectives; coordinate with executive management and other department heads as required. • Monitor safety/environmental, quality, cost, and productivity objectives for department. • Continuously monitor established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and develop continuous improvement plans to meet KPI targets. • Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets. • Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties.…
