JOB TITLE Paint Process Engineering WHAT YOU WILL DO • Set the various targets in the paint plant and make activities to achieve the targets of the paint plant. And oversee development and achievement of them. (Targets: Number of units produced, Quality index & HPV, etc.) * HPV: Hour Per Vehicle • Analyze production and quality data, improve the productivity and car paint quality. • Analyze production rate of operation and make activities for operation improvement. • Review items for supplementary investment to improve the paint plant or process and the cost and run. • Coordinate and supervise the work of operators; provide them with feedback on performance. (Include training and managing Team members) • Report the progress of major tasks to a superior or expatriate coordinator.…
