JOB TITLE Paint Production Manager WHAT YOU WILL DO • Inspection and management of factory building progress. • Responding to regulation, safety, environment problem during construction. • Issues identified, reported, and discussed. • Recognize overall paint facility status and problem and feedback to staff engaged in. • Establish improvement measures for facilities problems. • Establish appropriate methods to manage and clean facilities. • Overall production management job (productivity and quality management) • Analysis of non-operational data and suggestion of improvement measures. • Collect daily production plans and performance and establish production schedules.
