Overview The Senior Auditor Contract Compliance (Construction) performs contract compliance and cost control audits on construction and capital projects, with a focus on distribution center, data center, corporate office, and retail construction, remodel, and build-out programs. This role applies working knowledge of construction audit practices, including AIA billing formats, job-cost reconciliation, GMP and CMAR contract structures, subcontract reviews, insurance cost validation, and lease and developer cost audits. The Senior Auditor executes audit testing independently, quality-checks and mentors other auditors on assigned engagements, and communicates findings clearly to clients and suppliers.…
